Cancellation Timing

• Please cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
• If canceled before shipping, we will refund the entire amount, subject to deduction of charges if any.
• If canceled after shipment but before receipt, one-way shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Unavailable Items

• If an item in your order isn’t immediately available in our warehouse, we will notify you via email or mobile text about the shortfall in quantity.
• Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing in such cases.
• We reserve the right to either supply fewer items than ordered or cancel your order after notifying you.
